Can i get refound ?

Hello, can i get refound please while i bought the game on EA app and i just can't play the game anymore while steam players don't have this issue.
If i get refound, will i lose all my progressions ?

Ok i found how to fixe, but please fixe it ! I wont make it at every single updates !!

I play on EA app, in French, so i need to set the game in english, then launching manually EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe as admin to launch the game !

It is a shame to have this problem since the launch, i don't want to make your job, so please contact me to talk about my refound and the migration on steam.

Ok please tell me how to be refound, now the game only launch when i pick "English", when i set the language to "French" i get this message ! Please refound me i will take it on steam.&nbsp;
