Cannot connect to online services

So I was playing a few games of BR today and as usual I was seeing some crazy textures and lighting around the downtown area followed by a crash/disconnect and since then I cannot connect to online service.  It tries to connect forever and then returns an error code and keeps trying to connect.  I shut down and restarted everything to no avail.
