Cannot find a game on PS5 - Black Screen
Every time I load the game I am unable to find a match. No matter which mode, when a match is found, I receive a black screen then the "Battlefield" text before being taken back to the lobby. This occurs every time I turn on my PS5 and try to play. Usually the issue resolves itself, often after 5-20 minutes, but on occasions I am unable to play for hours. Sometimes, after a match has ended, my friends will be put into the next game while I am sent back to the lobby and unable to play again due to this issue. This same problem occurred for me during the beta as well, and I can only find a handful of similar occurrences when searching online. Please help me out here, I've tried everything - restoring license, re-install, re-linking my EA account. Nothing seems to work.
During the beta I could switch my visibility from Online to Offline and it would fix it, but this option is now removed from the game and tied directly to PS profile visibility, changing which does not work.
