Cannot launch the game

I've been having crashes for a while now similar to this post or the quotation from the original post:

Starting back in December, the game has consistently been bluescreening my PC seemingly at random; could be anywhere from 5 minutes from launching the game to 2 hours, the screen could be super busy (explosions everywhere) to nothing going on (a recent bluescreen occured when I was loading into a game), and the windows event viewer returns a bugcheck 1001 error.

I've gone through just about everything I can think of, from rolling back driver updates, cleanly reinstalling them, turning the graphics down to their lowest, I've checked for overheating, bios updates, the whole nine yards and I still can't figure out why it keeps bluescreening.

However it was a hard crash without a single error, just "We are starting Windows, please wait", so no BSOD, just BIOS starting Windows.

I'm assuming it's after the patch, but I now can't even launch the game, I am met with a DX error implying I am running out of memory to be allocated, i assume VRAM, and yet HWI and Task Manager shows the game used at most 5 GB out of my 8 GB, so min req of a 6 GB GPU out of the water huh?

Anyway I took a couple of troubleshooting steps such as (down/up)grading/reinstalling GPU drivers and chipset drivers, updating BIOS, changing a "couple" of settings on adrenalin (FSR, AFMF, FreeSync, set tesselation to app's default, disabling HDR, (en/dis)abling ReBar and AMD's SAM) just costing shy of 5 hours of my day
