Can't even log into the game

Hey there. Make sure you power cycle your equipment and aren't just restarting them. Please follow these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

If that doesn't help, try  clearing the cache and rebuilding the database with these instructions. Thanks!

I’m having the same problem and have tried all the recommended steps with no success.

Is EA looking into this as I have no ability to even play campaign at this time

I have now tried both of the options you mentioned and I'm still stuck with that error. I contacted my ISP and worked with someone there for about an hour and did a pretty full run through of the router and my connection status and everything is running properly. He said its most likely a ticket handshake issue with my EA account at this point.

Okay, so this is weird. I tried that and I was able to get into the game...I switched back to my home network and I'm back to not being able to get in. Not sure where to go from here as playing on Mobile Data isn't a feasible option...
