Cant join the same match whit the same internet

Me and my wife are playing togheter. But we cant join the same match when the match begins. One of us are able to connect whitout any problem, but the other one is still in the lobby. We just spoke to the internet-company we are using, and they could not finde anny issue. So it needs to be a game-bug.
When we are playing whit other friends they can connect on servers whitout any problem.

  • Assuming you're both in the same household using the same internet service, I'll venture a guess that you're both showing the same external IP to the game servers, which can be problematic.

Getting a static IP, using UPnP, or using a VPN are some options that may work. Static IP is the surest way, but most expensive. You may be able to just use UPnP, which is free to you, but I'm not sure that will work. VPN you can usually find for free or really cheap, as least to try it to see if it helps.

There seems to be many people experiencing this and even in previous bf games. We have tried everything and having static IPs does not do anything. Also heard using a VPN can ban you so that would not be a good idea.

not static IPs on your LAN... static external IPs, which likely would do something (if IP contention is actually the issue)

using a VPN can ban you

if you're trying to fake your location to avoid licensing costs, yeah, that's a bit problematic.
