    UPDATE: The game works now. It got fixed or something. Whatever the issue was, it got fixed. GGs

I had the same problem with FC24 and FC25. I disabled TPM in BIOS and now i am Ok!!!!

    I can't do that, no TPM setting in my BIOS.
