Cant sprint with guns out, only gadgets. Intermittent issue

Im on xbox, i cant sprint with my guns out, only my gadgets. Its intermitten but mostly stops me from sprinting. Seen other people with same issue on here, mostly other xbox players. Any help or details on how to fix or if a fix is coming in a patch.
