Case #249215757 has been "In Progress" since June 19th

Hi everyone,

I am writing this because my appeal/ticket Case #249215757 (My EA ID: CapricornOne984) has been stuck in review since June 19th, and I still haven't received any response or update from the support team. I understand that the ToS team is busy, but it has been quite a while now, and I’m worried my case might have fallen through the cracks. Could a community manager or anyone with the ability to check ticket statuses please take a look or escalate this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, but nobody here will be able to check or escalate a ban appeal. However, you could contact EA Help via https://help.ea.com/customer-care and ask if they can provide an update on the appeal case. If it looks to be stuck or has fallen through the cracks, they should be able to initiate a new one for you.
