Challenge to unlock DGMK4 complete, but gadget isn't unlocked to use

See the title. I completed the challenge (finally) and the gadget unlock shows the green checkmark and has the next challenge unlocked (to use the DGMK4 to break gadgets) but it isn't available in the armory. I've done a few games, a hard game reset, and nothing.
