Check back in a little bit

Was literally playing redsec then after game ended game went black and then unknown error. Restarted the game , try to load the game and nothing was working. So I uninstalled the game and now when I try to find it in microsoft store it says please check back in a bit . However in my library it says I own it but when I click it nothing happens.
