update finally it has worked thank you for your response. the game is working for now again.

I'm also getting a verify my identity issue,  with a prompt to email tc*****@supere.ml.  I've cleared my cashe and trouble shooted as much as I can on my end.  Issues started with the patch on nov 20. 

I have tried, uninstalling game, unplugging router, changing from wired to wifi restarting game, using different lan cord,
