"Connection Failed" With Error Code 1:86001S:51002S:57019S

Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message Error Code 1:86001S:51002S:57019S What am I suppose to do ?

Well I try to connect router in repeater mode to my phone with mobile internet and it worked. So I assume devs mess with IP addresses in some way. Normally my IP starts with 192.xxx.xx.xx and on the phone IP was 10.xxx.xx.xx. But when I change router back to normal mode "Connection Failed" returns. =\
