Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

- Are you running IPV4 or IPV6?
- If you try to switch to IPV6, does this fix the issue for you?
- What is your location?
- What platform are you playing on? (It seems to be Steam or EA app but just wanted to confirm)

I buy the game with EA APP ... i'm tired it doesn't work.
Same trouble, Russia, PS5. I can't play all day.

SteamRunning IPV4, checked with my ISP, they don't support IPV6.

Workaround that allowed me to launch game was to connect my PC to my phone mobile network. It also seems to use IPV4 anyway😐.
Absolute same problem, looks like i got ip block. (location Dnipro, Ukraine). On Beta works fine.
