Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

- Are you running IPV4 or IPV6?
- If you try to switch to IPV6, does this fix the issue for you?
- What is your location?
- What platform are you playing on? (It seems to be Steam or EA app but just wanted to confirm)
