Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible — it’s been more than a day since the release, and I still can’t play.
I had planned to spend the whole weekend playing and gaining experience, but instead I’m just trying one solution after another in the hope that something works — so far, nothing has.

I also noticed that players who couldn’t log in immediately after the release received bonuses. I want to believe that those of us affected by this specific issue will also get some reward — after all, it’s been over a day since the release and we still can’t even complete the campaign.
