Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

EA_Shepard Please help.
Players paid a ton of money for pre-orders, spent countless hours configuring their PCs and network equipment, but there's no effect. The weekend passed, and we still haven't received the game we wanted, even though everything was fine during the beta test.
Every EA employee should hang their heads in shame and be publicly named so we know who to avoid when outside of our homes.
