Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

EA_Shepard Please help.
Players paid a ton of money for pre-orders, spent countless hours configuring their PCs and network equipment, but there's no effect. The weekend passed, and we still haven't received the game we wanted, even though everything was fine during the beta test.
I have a bunch of errors trying to play this game. I literally playd 0 complete matches, cuz the crashes in 5-10 minutes. Tried every **bleep** tip from EA help guides - nothing. Refund?
