Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

I think we need to "motivate" devs by leaving negative reviews on platform. Steam in my case. This works with Hell Divers 2. It's 6 days from release and still nothing! Can't play, can't refund! WTH EA!
