Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

It is friday in Japan, game released last friday, still can't play. I will contact them until I get a refund, so tired of trying to find a fix for this. Paid 70 usd and instead of playing we are looking for how to fix their issues.
