Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

Can someone please just give us an update. That's all we are asking for.
Been 8 days now since being able to play the game.
This is very frustrating. 1000's of us can't play the game since it came out. We just want a update please.
EA_Vendcera is the CM who asked for us info, then he disappeared 😂😂 this is comedy.
Haha yeah, he told us to send him the info in a private message and then disappeared🤣🤣. Even though he’s still replying in other threads on the forum
