Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

Same problem since game release. Why this post is pinned "resolved"? I didn't see any official solution yet.

And at this point we got no update about this situation or any work about fix. So it's really disrespectful to a players at this point. They can just post something like "Sorry for waiting, we are doing our best to fix this problem. We don't forget about it. Please wait a bit longer" or something like that.
