Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

I am in Ukraine. I am getting the following error: Error Code 1:86001S:51002S:57019S.
What I have tried:
1. I tried changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8.
2. I tried resetting my internet settings. 3. I tried disconnecting all USB devices.
4. The game only lets me in through a proxy or VPN.
5. I contacted my provider, they restarted the line and set a static IP, but it didn't help.
Here's what the address trace showed me:
i had the same issue, asked for refund. do the same.
