Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

Imagine buying a game you can't play. Or play it but only with a VPN because you have no other choice.
EA.. COME ON FIX IT!!!
Did the update I played one game of "Eastwood map" everything was perfect then started up my laptop again later and there is not one map or mode I can play it always gives me this error come on tech guys fix this please I can't wait to play again. Out of sheer misery I've started playing the campaign pffff :-(
Please check error picture attached ... Diceonlineerror_join result online error and a lot of numbers after that
