Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

This is simply ridiculous.
Shame on the EA team.
People bought the game and haven't been able to play it properly since release.
And everyone's silent and constantly responding with boilerplate answers. The team is aware of this and is working on it.
It's simply ridiculous.
When will we be able to properly play the game we paid for?
