Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

Hi Shepard, I'm having a similar error, and there are several reports of the same issue. As of today, accounts are being banned incorrectly. Yesterday I was able to play normally, but when I log in today, it says my account has been permanently suspended. I'd like to contact EA, but it's impossible and extremely frustrating.
Anyone else using Mobile data having this issue? I seem to think that is why we can't connect.

Thank and I hope this can be fixed soon, it’s been over a day and I haven’t been able to play the game that I preorder yet. Very sad. I’m glad to help providing any extra information that may be helpful to fix this asap though.
Haven't been able to get past the title screen since launch, getting this same error every time. Launching from steam.
Disabling Riot Vanguard worked for me. Thanks for the suggestion!
