Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

This happend to me, after retrying Multiple time my ea account got disabled
Im trying to run the test but nothing happens when i enter the command. Am i just doing something wrong?

Wait until a second line appears, then paste the second command there and so on. At the end you'll find the txt file in the directory C:\Users\"USER NAME"
