I have also completed the steps, but only for my main ethernet connection so far. I haven't tested whether a mobile hotspot works yet or not because I don't really have much capacity left on my phone's sim. However I'll buy some mobile data and give it a go and run the same tests, sending the results shortly.

Just to add a bit more context — during the Open Beta, I was able to play without any issues on the same network.
The problem only started after the full release version went live.
It seems like something has changed in how the game connects to EA’s servers since then.

I just cant understand why its only affecting some ppl and not everyone. Whats in common with all of our setups that could be causing this.

Guess ill add some more context too. I can load into the main menu fine and I can play a game but after 10mins I get the error then im back to the main menu, after that I can no longer join any games as the error happens immediately. I have to restart the game to get another 10mins. Also if i just sit on the main menu and do nothing after 10mins once again the error happens.

Same, unknown error every 5 minutes PS5. Can't play anything !!!!!

If ur trying to attach the file then u cant. U need to open the text file and copy paste the whole thing as one big message
