U need to first vpn to america then when u state what ur issue is u need to select "update my ea account" or something like that i dont remember the exact option. when u make the ticket after doing those things there will be a button on bottom left of the next page where u can talk to an assistant. I found out this is the only way to get to talk to someone by looking on old forums from 3 months ago where an EA CM said to do this.

Can't play since friday.
I have lost my pre-order bonuses because of refund on steam and buying in EA launcher. Nothing helped. No usb-device. DNS. Repair reboot. WTF!!!!!
