Same issue from 10th Oct still didn't even play the game with 3h play time .. it's a shame with that issue that you can't even play at all, i can't even get to the main menu or something, just retry, retry, retry and was really shame can't connect to anything and I did basicilly everything to try fix it and thats the only game have that issue from EA..

Many of you, like me, have encountered this error:
"CONNECTION FAILED
Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.
ERROR CODE 1:86001S:51002S:57019S
Scan QR code to learn more or get additional assistance."
It's really annoying for us all, because we can't play the game due to this incomprehensible error.Everything was great in the beta test. I already wrote about this issue on the forum. The community manager even responded to one of the posts and said what to do to help. Many people sent what he asked, and that was it. We haven't heard any further response.
It's interesting that I can't access the game using Wi-Fi, although I can access the game using my phone with the same connection but using it as a modem via USB. But these are workarounds that fans of the game don't deserve, especially for a game that costs a lot of money!
What are you going to do about this issue? I think if they don't fix it by October 15, 2024, we'll try to issue a refund.

Can you somehow reassure the players who waited for the game and wasted their money? Perhaps you could offer some compensation? No?
Everyone is waiting for an answer. Thank you. I had same problem with usnig my IPhone connected with USB (like usb router). At first it worked fine, when suddenly after 3 days I was kicked from server and couldn't connect to servers again.

This is happening to me on PS5 bro, I have not been able to play a multiplayer match for more than 5-10 minutes without being disconnected and sent back to the main menu screen with ERROR CODE 1:85008S:20123264140:-2144600064Q I can't stress enough that ever since it released on Oct 10th it has been unplayable for me due to this error. I've tried all trouble shooting solutions on my end and still nothing effin works bro.

cloudflare WARP did not work for me...4 days and still can't play the game I paiD 70 usd for, this is ridiculous. EA players could not play for 2 days and they got a whole battlepass free.
People who want a refund can't even get one because the game worked just fine the first 2 hours.

those of u trying to submit a ticket to support. u have to vpn to america and list ur problem as "update my ea account" then on the next page when u file it u will have an option on the bottom left to chat with an advisor. I found this out from an old forum for another ea game where an ea cm said to do that
Cloudflare warp doesn't work for everyone. But you guys can try it if you didn't yet. (it doesn't work for me, still get the same error)

Cloudfare makes it so I can play the game but it is super laggy! Please continue to work on a fix for people who use mobile hotspot!

Warp is working for me, but it's unplayable! too much ping and latency... Hope EA fix this issue asap !!!!!
