I did too, im actually sorta friends with the ytuber ghostgaming but he is hesitant to go to ea about it. I dont think he wants to cause a fuss with them since he was removed from the parter program for bs reasons

U have the exact same timeouts as I do. Id like to see someone who dosent have the problems run the test to compare.
What i really dont get is why warp works for some ppl and not others. I have a basic understanding of networking, I done it for 2 years in college years ago. I can't see why it works for some and not others. If it works at all it should work for all of us which leads me to believe there is more going on here.

Hello EA Team,
Since many players from Ukraine (including myself) are experiencing this same connection error, I decided to run a full set of troubleshooting tests.
The game only works when Cloudflare WARP is enabled — without it, I always get the Error 1:86001S:51002S:57019S.
So, I ran two complete diagnostics:Without WARP – the game fails to connect.
With WARP – the game connects and works normally.
Based on the traceroutes, it looks like the issue occurs somewhere on the routing path between my ISP (Intelekt, Ukraine) and the AWS/Akamai nodes used by EA servers. When WARP is enabled, the route changes (via Cloudflare → Telia → AWS Frankfurt) and the game works.
Attached are both troubleshooting files (troubleshooting_noWARP.txt and troubleshooting_WARP.txt) with all traceroutes and network details.
I hope this information helps your team identify and resolve the issue.
If there’s anything else I can do or additional data you need — please let me know.
UPD: I’m using the Steam version of the game.
Previously, I played the beta version through the EA App, and there were no issues at all.Thank you!

Same, I can't refund the game on steam as I have 9h of play time of which 8h were spent troubleshooting different "solutions", none of which worked.

Пінг в районі 40-55, граю від самого релізу, впринципі комфортно. Іноді може підлагувати сервак, але я не впевненний чи це саме через warp, чи в самому серваку проблема, не маю як затестити, але в цілому грається добре

5 days now and absolutely no communication from EA about any updates regarding this error, it’s beyond ridiculous that we can’t play the game we preordered

About to be 5 days with no solution. I am beyond disappointed with the way support is handling this, all my tickets go straight to ai and i have no way to get it resolved, and i cant even refund the game anymore since i have 2.5 hrs playtime on it.
This is unacceptable for a company of their size and theyre basically taking our money and running away with it.
