If I send a message on X to jackfrags he might not notice it, but if we all do it, he might mention this issue in a video, which might help getting EA’a attention. it has happened before. I will do it, but will need everyone to help with this in order to make it work.

Sometimes I see the screen saying I'm in the queue, but then an error appears.
I haven't managed to play the game at all.
However, when I use my Mobile hotspot it works fine.Please, help me figure out how I can fix the problem?

Can someone please just give us an update. That's all we are asking for.
Been 8 days now since being able to play the game.
This is very frustrating. 1000's of us can't play the game since it came out. We just want a update please.
