Hi,
I've been getting the error below since launch. I can't get any further, not even to the menu. I've tried everything from disabling the firewall, to resetting the router, to tethering the internet via a phone cable.

I am on PS5 this error is kicking me out every 5 min after i log in,

I have the same issue on Steam and mothing works. On top of that I can't open a support case with EA. When I submit a case and go to My Cases tab there are no cases open.

it looks like Cloudflare WARP or NORD VPN (in my case works) this is not acceptable for AAA publisher to leave it as is and expect people to install addtional software on their machines.... often paid... f this EA Bad Company....

I'm having this problem on ea fc 26 for 3 weeks now and still no fix, don't even bother just refund the game and stop playing games from these **bleep**

Go to your router. Open configs. Advanced -> NAT Forwarding → UPnP and press the "Refresh" button.

Try using Cloudflare WARP — that worked for me.
Other solutions I've heard worked for some people include unplugging all USB devices (USB stick, mouse, keyboard, etc.), reinstalling the game or just spamming retry until it works.
