"Connection Failed" With Error Code 1:86001S:51002S:57019S

Well since its been approximately two weeks, since trying to play the game on Steam. Still down as well. I went and got it for my xbox. It gave me the code right away. I don't get it!!!! WTF is going on.

Sent the contents of troubleshooting.txt 2 days ago - still no response. 14 days and counting now.

Yeah, I have been having this issue since day one. I have been able to play at times, like last night, but I have spent a few days where I was just completely unable to connect. 

I’m using a regular home connection, not a managed or shared network.
My ISP is O3 (Vodafone Ukraine Group) — a residential broadband provider.
The issue occurs only without VPN and persists even when using a dedicated/static public IP from my ISP.
The connection always drops right after the PLIX (Poland) → AWS Ireland hop, so it looks like a routing problem between the ISP and EA’s AWS infrastructure.

Playing on a home network. My ISP is Optimum. I've been experiencing this error since the beta, and it also appears in other EA games that utilize Javelin Anti-Cheat, such as BF1, BF 2042, and Skate. This is definitely a bigger issue than BF6 don't know what the issue is, but this problem has been persistent for a very long time now. No other games besides the ones I've listed have an issue

Game was working fine up until after lunch GMT today - 60 hours played and the Open Beta with no problems

ISP - Hey Broadband
Can play over Windscribe VPN to a London server
Can play over Cloudflare WARP

Troubleshooting
Failed - using normal connection 
Success - using Cloudflare WARP

Network is at home and not managed , ISP is spectrum in us southeast region 

CAN YOU DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY? IT SEEMS LIKE YOUR TEAM DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO RESOLVED THE DISCONNECT ISSUE AND EA SERVER ISSUE AT ALL. SUCH AN EMBARASSMENT. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE THEN. ADMIT YOUR TEAM NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO EVEN IDENTIFY YOUR SERVER PROBLEM.
