No. they are not competent. They can't decide. And we are a wallet for them, not a player.

I just gave up with fixing this problem after 4 days. First time with the secure boot and then this... I think I almost hacked my government during all the attempts to fix it. So glad I wasted 70€ for error screen. The last game I bought from EA.

Hello, has there been any update on the situation?
I haven't been able to play the game at all since launch and I can't even refund it on Steam after spending so much time in the queue on the release day thinking it's just overloaded servers.Please EA_Vendcera let us know if there is still hope Steam gets fixed or if not is it possible to migrate our game to EA App maybe (I actually am not even sure it would work there).
Feel free to let me know if devs need help to test stuff out on my end. AN INCOMPETENT TEAM.
Didn't help me.
