Consistent Step/Frame/CPU/Sim/GPU Spikes Every Five Seconds

Wanted to come back in and say that while switching to USB audio, the game still hitches including high ping spikes very often. I do play on Wifi but it is a strong 5GHz signal. Ping spikes more often in larger modes/maps, when around many other players.
