This exact thing is happening to me too. I believe it is spikes in what is called TN Latency (Time-Nudge Latency). Is your TN Latencyhigh when you experience this?
You can turn the little panel at the top on in the system > Network settings and see.
No fix yet, but game is unplayable.
I never had this issue in Beta, but now BF6 is unplayable - hoping they will patch and fix soon.
I noticed putting a threshhold of 60FPS resolves it slightly but still unplayable.
Back to single player or 2042 until they patch...
