Crashing on EA logo at startup

First i purchased the game on EA app and there i had the bug where i had to download the content that was already downloaded,so i filed a refund and in the meantime i purchased on steam,deleted all files,uninstalled,re downloaded fresh on steam and the game keeps crashing on that animation at the start,i can hear a clear cut in audio right before it crashes.Verifying files on steam always find 3 files that have to be re downloaded.
The lack of communication from the devs is astounding,im beyond disappointed.Just a message "we hear you guys,were working on it" is enough...
