EA account hacked

Last Friday I got on to play BF6 for the first time only to find out that my account had been banned. I followed the prompt on the screen to EA.Help only to see that some random Russian email had been used to link my Xbox Gamertag to the ea account. Knowing that I never play with a mic or act in way that would warrent a ban, I assumed that ban was to protect my account because someone had hacked it. Thinking all it would take was a password change and an appeal to EA I wasn't that worried. I was also able to navigate my way through the maze of EA help to find the support chat. I waited on an ea advisor for 6 hours on friday and then another 4 hours on saturday along with 3 hours on sunday still no one came to my aid. I followed all the prompts and waited like EA requested but still no help. It is now monday and I cannot play any of my EA games let alone BF6. Does anyone have any suggestions? I fear that my only option left is to write a physcial letter and hope that EA might actually do something.
