Custom matchmaking returns to menu

I've seen someone else post about this, and wanted to make another to see if EA cares & will give us an update. I feel like this is a really ridiculous thing to be happening after the game fully launched, and just shows how little monitoring they are doing.

Issue: when I try to launch a community/featured game from a server the community created, I will select it, the loading screen will come up, then poof back to the main lobby. 

Please like/share this post if you're also facing the same issue, and maybe EA will review and do something about it.

I play on PC and launch from the EA app, but also added the game to my steam so I can launch from their - launching from either platform has the same issue.
