Damage not registering correctly

Just finished playing new game mode operation on Xbox XS, looks like it's taking well over 100 damage to take out one enemy. Anyone else has experienced similar issues? I recorded a clip and it turns out I had to deal 297 damage to take out a single enemy. Recorded the clip and added all hit markers. Damage is as followed: 24 (head shot) + 42 (body) + 59 (body) + 77 (body) + 95 (body). How does this makes sense, can anyone explain?

    The hitreg and netcode in this update took a big hit for no reason and are now far worse than they ever were before.  I'm consistently killed around cover, I consistently kill around cover, I shoot a man, reload, go into cover, and then 5 seconds later he dies.  I shoot a tank with an RPG, RPG hits, big boom, tank starts driving away, THEN I get the hit marker and damage numbers.  

    As for dealing damage, it's likely being caused by your client registering the hits and reporting them to you, but the server being an absolute clusterf and not accepting your damage.

    Roger that. I feel like they are throwing limited time modes as a distraction. I know for a fact damage has been broken since launch. Many big streamers and content creators have had the same issue. Here we are 6 months in to the game with the same issues. The only difference is they are throwing distractions and no solutions. It's what im feeling and getting. We need solutions not distractions
