Didnt get weapon from weapon pack “Ursus Major”

Did some digging. To whom it may concern: I contacted customer support. For about a hour of talking and back and forth questions, we ended up working out what’s going on. They pretty much told me “we can’t fix it on an individual basis, it’s something the game itself needs tweaked to fix.” I assume, from what I saw, the weapon functions differently from other unblockable in a sense that it was unlocked during an event so it’s different in the system. If I buy something for the mini scout without owning the mini scout, I get to use that weapon with the skin but can’t customize it until I unlock the base weapon. The nomad is different as u can’t customize it until unlocked, meaning you can’t reach the skin. Hope this helps.

i bought the pack after Winter Offensive exactly because i couldnt get the pick in time, and it Stayed locked on my inventory. Contacted support but they only said they would “check with the devs” and closed my ticket. Did you have any luck?

I wouldn't worry too much if you missed out during the event. If it's anything like past BF games, weapons that were part of limited time battle passes usually become challenges or assignments to unlock them later on.

sorry to necro but for anybody wondering what happens if you didnt unlock the ice pick during the event but had bought the pack you  have to contact support because you cant use the pick so you dont have access to the cosmetic. Doing it rn.

Same. They will either bring it back or have an alternate pack. 

(Not OP) but I ended up completing Winter Offensive (man those heat related heal/revive challenges sucked) so I was able to unlock and use the skin for the claw. I'm still unsure of what would have happened if I didn't unlock the claw in time.

Was this ever fixed for you? I actually really wanted to buy this bundle but now it's fully removed from the shop even though it had a lot more time before it expired.

Thank you, I was just having the exact same issues with Ursus Major: not being able to use the golden claw + not knowing what all I just bought. I had to go on some youtube video to find what the bundles includes since it was removed from the store page after I bought it.
