I purchased BF pro at the end of season 3 and I didn't receive my 25 tier skip. I did receive my 2 tier skip for pre-ordering season 4. But not the 25 from the BF pro purchase. Also my week 1 challenges aren't tracking. I'm on the struggle bus trying to unlock the new weapons.
i am also missing my 25 tier skips and it is impossible to talk to the chat bot, it is bugged for me and keeps saying my issue is already open in another tab and i already cleared cookies and restarted my computer and it is busted. so frustrating
Still no sign of the 25 tier skips. I was hoping it would solve itself but no luck. Now what do we do? Who do we have to get a hold of to amend this issue? Im sure there are others...

Same thing for me. Never received tier skips.
It appears to be tracking the challenges now. But I'm still missing my tier skips from purchasing BF pro.
