DirectX error in Battlefield 6 DXGI

Thanks for providing that info. So, based on that file, this is what I found, and the steps I would suggest taking. 

Looking at the report, the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG crashes are occurring because Windows Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe) crashes directly inside the AMD graphics driver (amdxx64.dll).

The report also flagged an older AMD GPU driver, along with outdated audio and peripheral drivers.

• AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT Driver: Version 32.0.21025.25005 (Date: Oct 9, 2025)
• VB-Audio Virtual Cable Driver: Version 3.3.1.7 (Date: Oct 7, 2024)
• Realtek High Definition Audio Driver: Version 6.0.9703.1 (Date: July 2, 2024)
• Razer Peripheral Drivers: Mouse/Keyboard filters dated from May 2022 to June 2023

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Perform a Clean GPU Driver Reinstall (DDU)

• Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and the latest driver package from AMD.
• Boot Windows into Safe Mode, run DDU to clean out all existing display drivers, reboot normally, and install the freshly downloaded AMD driver.

2. Update Outdated System Drivers

• Update your Realtek Audio driver directly from your motherboard manufacturer's support page.
• Update Razer Synapse to refresh older input device drivers.
