You're not alone.....here's more of the same and no reply from any dev or mod in about 18 days. 1500 or so comments going back 2 months. This had apparently been an issue since beta but it is happening still and what seems to be a lot more.
I used WinDbg to see inside file crashdump generated:
it comes from Frostbite... please dev team help us...
