Disable XMP Profile in BIOS = Immediate PermaBan
I don't know how I am supposed to go about resolving this.
My son has since purchased the game on his PC and was having trouble with the game crashing to the desktop. We are reading around the forums about how other people have handled this, and they say to open the BIOS and disable XMP.
We disabled XMP and the next moment he tries to launch BF6 = Permaban for "gameplay enhancements".
He never, not once, was even able to actually play the game. Not even a single match played and they're accusing him of cheating in a game he never played.
Appeal - Denied and they said they reviewed the data and can confirm his account was cheating. Despite it never being in-game.
I purchased the game on launch day and played maybe 2 or 3x and got a permaban for "gameplay enhancements" that I have been trying to appeal for two months now. I don't know what that even is, but EA is confident that I was rage cheating the entire combined 2 hours I played the game with a 0.2 KDA and sub 5% bullet accuracy. They won't admit they got this wrong and their anti-cheat is stealing from people who have purchased this game. Why can't we even play the campaign?
