Distorted and crackling overall audio, from menu to gameplay

I've had this issue since the first week of launch. Can't seem to get around it. Originally, playing the game the first few times, never had this issue. Now every time I run the game, the title screen music gets very gross and distorted. It calms down when things go smooth, but it usually happens when something buffers. Anything loading, selecting, high fps, that's when it seriously goes crazy. But overall, you can always hear some kind of static and crackling. Gameplay tends to smooth out, it's playable, but that distorted static is still there. I should note that running BF6 also causes any other audio on my pc to bug out. I've tried many things to fix and nothing works. I hope someone else knows how to fix this issue.
