DS4Windows triggered BF6/REDSEC Permaban. Help please!

I am stuck in an appeal loop with EA Help. I've asked what has caused the "gameplay enhancement" permanent ban, but instead I seem to be getting an auto-response that gives me links to code of conduct and TOS type links. I've tried using the "live support chat" but that keeps sending me back to the support ticket, and I've tried calling the help number and the automation only sends you back to the website. In my situation, I believe I had DS4Windows running by mistake(a controller software that allows PS4 controllers to be read on PC). I had been playing a game previously that required it, and when I launched BF6 REDSEC I had forgot to close it, and within seconds of connecting to a game I got booted, banned, and it wouldn't allow me to play. I then try to log on the next time to play and get a message that I'm permanently banned. I use mouse and keyboard to play Battelfield, and I'm a 30+ year veteran of EA games. I've been playing the battlefield series all the way back to Bad Company 1 X360. Please help me. Please unban my account. I'd really like to try out REDSEC, or even buy Battlefield 6 and play, but I definitely won't make a purchase if I can't login to my main account(that I have NEVER cheated on in 15+ years of Battlefield play).
