DX12 CreatePiplelineState

I've been getting the attached error anytime I try to play, since launch day. I've tried multiple driver versions and continue to try on the newest ones.

Steam says I have 11.9 hours and its all just drop trying any fix I could find and relaunching to test.

Please help me. I can't play the game at all.
