EA Account and accessing single player

First and foremost I'm creating a thread with my alternate account, because it's next to impossible to reach out to anyone on EA when my primary account is in the state it is in. I don't like my chances and I'm sure this thread will be met with full enforcement of EA forum rules but I'm asking for some leniency here.

I am currently restricted from accessing Battlefield in its entirety, not just multiplayer, but single player as well, due to something that transpired exclusively in mutliplayer. As I right now I'm prepared to accept the repercussions of my actions even though the threat of action is enough of a deterrent to keep someone from doing something like this again, and there will be no repeat on my end. This is my first infringement on my primary account, an account I've had since 2007. I was wanting to update my appeal but I'm not able to so I wanted to elaborate more here. All I want to do right now is play single player BF whilst my account is restricted.

Can I please get in contact with in EA advisor as I wish to have a discussion with someone about this, something I didn't get to add on my appeal.
